These terms cover the current public directory and enquiry services. Any purchase reached through an external link is a transaction with the seller identified on that external service, under that seller’s terms.
1. Using Lounge Finder
You may use the website for personal, lawful travel research and any other purpose we expressly permit. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, misuse pricing or availability data, submit false information, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
If you follow a link to an external seller, review that seller’s identity, terms, refund policy and privacy notice before providing information or paying.
2. Lounge information and availability
Lounge descriptions, hours, amenities, access rules, availability and prices may be supplied by operators or other partners and can change without notice. We take reasonable steps to present information accurately but do not guarantee that every detail is current, complete or error-free.
You are responsible for confirming that the lounge is accessible from your terminal, flight and security zone and that each traveller meets entry conditions. Airline status, visas, airport security and flight disruption are outside our control.
3. External sellers and transactions
Lounge Finder may link to an independent lounge operator or booking provider. We do not currently process the payment, reserve inventory or issue an entry pass. A listing, indicative price or external link is not a booking confirmation.
The external seller is responsible for its checkout, confirmation, cancellation, change, refund and entry-support processes, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Direct transaction questions to that seller using the details on its confirmation.
4. Intellectual property
The Lounge Finder name, site design, original text, structured data and software are owned by or licensed to us. Lounge and airport names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. You may link to public pages and quote limited portions with attribution, but may not republish substantial content or create a competing database without permission.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, flight disruption, airport decisions, operator acts, or losses caused by information or events outside our reasonable control.
We do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not limit any responsibility an external seller has for a transaction made through its service.
6. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may change the service or these terms, and will publish the effective date of material updates. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or legal compliance.
The service is operated from Australia. The responsible legal operator name and service address must be published here before Lounge Finder starts entering consumer transactions. Until then, Lounge Finder remains a directory and enquiry service only.
