These terms cover the current public website and enquiry services. Transaction-specific booking, payment or partner terms will be shown before you commit to them.
1. Using Lounge Finder
You may use the website for personal, lawful travel research and any other purpose we expressly permit. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, misuse pricing or availability data, submit false information, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
You must be legally capable of entering a contract to make a booking. If you book for another traveller, you confirm that you have authority to provide their information and accept applicable conditions for them.
2. Lounge information and availability
Lounge descriptions, hours, amenities, access rules, availability and prices may be supplied by operators or other partners and can change without notice. We take reasonable steps to present information accurately but do not guarantee that every detail is current, complete or error-free.
You are responsible for confirming that the lounge is accessible from your terminal, flight and security zone and that each traveller meets entry conditions. Airline status, visas, airport security and flight disruption are outside our control.
3. Bookings, payments and cancellation
The checkout page identifies the seller, total price, currency, taxes or fees, cancellation rights and any lounge-specific conditions before payment. A booking is confirmed only when a confirmation or digital pass is issued.
Cancellations, changes, refunds, no-shows and denied entry are handled under the conditions accepted at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights. Contact us promptly if a paid booking is not delivered or materially differs from its confirmation.
4. Intellectual property
The Lounge Finder name, site design, original text, structured data and software are owned by or licensed to us. Lounge and airport names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. You may link to public pages and quote limited portions with attribution, but may not republish substantial content or create a competing database without permission.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, flight disruption, airport decisions, operator acts, or losses caused by information or events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability connected with a paid booking will not exceed the amount paid for that booking. This limitation does not apply where the law requires otherwise.
6. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may change the service or these terms, and will publish the effective date of material updates. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or legal compliance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
