Accessibility statement

We want Lounge Finder to be usable by as many travellers as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input or reduced-motion settings.

Reviewed 29 August 2026

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across core browsing, comparison, enquiry and booking journeys. We include accessibility in design, content and engineering reviews and prioritise issues that block task completion.

Current conformance

The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Core content and forms are designed for keyboard use, labelled controls, visible focus and responsive text, but some third-party booking components, legacy media or incomplete prototype interactions may not yet meet every criterion.

Known limitations

  • Some third-party lounge or booking content may have accessibility issues outside our direct control.
  • Some image-rich prototype sections may provide less context than the final production booking experience.
  • Currency, location and social-media controls that are not yet active may not provide a complete interaction.

Alternative access and response

If a page or process prevents you from getting lounge information, contact us and tell us what you were trying to do. We will provide the information in a reasonable alternative format where practical and prioritise verified barriers. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
