This notice covers the current public directory and email-based enquiry forms. Lounge Finder does not currently operate a checkout or collect payment-card details.
Information we collect
- Enquiry information such as your name, email address, organisation, message and any booking reference you choose to provide.
- Technical information ordinarily produced when a site is used, such as IP address, device, browser, request time, referring page and security logs.
- If you allow optional analytics, page paths and broad interaction data such as airport-search outcomes, saved-lounge changes and checkout progress. We do not send search text or form contents to analytics providers.
- Partner and listing information supplied by operators, affiliates, API applicants and authorised representatives.
How we use information
- Provide, support and improve lounge discovery, enquiry and partner services.
- Respond to enquiries, verify listings, prevent misuse and keep the service secure.
- Meet legal, accounting, consumer-protection and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Send marketing only where separately requested and provide a practical way to opt out.
Legal grounds and collection choices
Depending on where you are, we rely on your request, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own mail application; the website does not submit or store the form contents. You can choose not to provide optional information, but we may be unable to verify or respond fully to a request without necessary details.
Who receives information
We disclose information only as needed to relevant lounge operators, hosting and communications suppliers, professional advisers, authorities, and a buyer or successor involved in a legitimate business transaction. Suppliers must handle data for agreed purposes and with appropriate safeguards. The public site is hosted through Netlify and reads published catalogue data from Supabase.
If you allow optional analytics, PostHog and Google Analytics process limited usage data for product and traffic measurement. Some recipients may be outside your country. Where required, we use recognised transfer mechanisms or other safeguards and assess the protection available to the information.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal requirements, security or a live dispute. Email enquiries remain in the relevant mail systems under their retention settings. Hosting and security logs may be retained for operational periods set by the service provider. We use proportionate controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and can refuse or limit a request where the law permits. We do not discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.
Lounge Finder is not intended for children to use independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authority, contact us.
Operator transparency
Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@airportloungefinder.com. The responsible legal operator name and service address must be added to this notice before personal information is collected for transactions or direct marketing.
