Cookie notice

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits. They can keep a service secure, remember choices, measure performance or support advertising.

Our current use

The site can use PostHog and Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. They measure page paths and limited events such as successful or unsuccessful directory searches, saved-lounge changes and checkout progress. Search text, contact details, visit dates, form contents and payment information are not sent to these providers.

PostHog session replay, automatic click capture and person profiles are disabled. Google advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals remain disabled. Lounge Finder does not intentionally set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

When analytics are allowed, the providers may set first-party identifiers such as names beginning _ga or ph_. The site also uses local storage for your analytics choice and for lounges you save on this device. These preferences are not advertising identifiers.

Essential hosting or security services may use short-lived identifiers where necessary to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse or preserve a requested session.

Managing cookies

Use Cookie settings in the footer to allow, decline or later withdraw analytics permission. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection on this device and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; you can also use browser settings to view, block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking essential storage can prevent some features from working.
